1. CONNECT WALLET
Click the CONNECT WALLET button in the top right.
Choose MetaMask, OKX, Rabby, or any other wallet.
Arc Testnet will be added automatically — just confirm.

2. GET TESTNET USDC
You need USDC to pay for gas and parcels.
faucet.circle.com → Select Arc Testnet → Request USDC.

3. SELECT A PARCEL
Click an empty (dark) tile on the map → view details in the left panel.
Double-click → opens the purchase screen.

4. HOW PRICING WORKS
Base price: 0.5 USDC
+0.1 USDC for each owned neighbor (max 4 neighbors).
Maximum parcel price = 0.9 USDC (excluding gas fee).

5. NAME YOUR PARCEL
Use ✎ CUSTOMIZE in the left panel to give your parcel a name.
It will be visible on the map when zoomed in.

6. BUY / SELL
List your parcel with 💱 LIST FOR SALE.
You can purchase parcels listed by others (shown in yellow).
Platform takes a 5% fee on each sale.
